Happy Surprise!
My cousin took me to The Spice House. I had no idea what to expect but was immediately impressed with the smells and the friendliness of the staff. We were allowed to taste the different spices, and I walked out with several. The spices linger on your tongue long after you leave and we shared a "taste test" with friends once we got home. They immediately looked the site up and will be ordering for themselves. We will be ordering our spices from The Spice House from now on.

Salmon seasoning is excellent. Especially when the salmon is brushed with the Dijon/maple syrup blend suggested on the jar.
